What I Love About the Weber Q 120 Gas Grill

As summer approaches and the days get warmer, I find myself more and more eager to stop cooking dinner inside and start grilling outside. Let’s face it, nothing smells better then grilling a nice stake and some corn on the cob. Luckily I happened to get a Weber q 120 gas grill last summer and can’t wait to use it again.

The great thing about this grill is that it is very portable. I plane on taking it with me on my camping trips during the summer, but anyway… I also like the fact that there is less flare ups then say if you were using a charcoal grill. This is mainly because there is a pan on the bottom that directs the juices away from the flames which is a good idea.

I own a Weber q 220 grill also which has even more features and improvements over the Weber q 120 gas grill, but they both have one thing in common, the electronic start. I love this feature because it doesn’t blow up in your face like some of the other gas grills I’ve used in the past. This is a plus in my book because I have almost caught myself on fire a few times as a result of pushing the electric start and having a fire ball engulf my face.

I have managed to be able to sneak in a few grill nights here and there as the weather gets warmer and the days grow longer, hopefully its not to muck longer before I can have a cookout again.
